Name: Ravenmist
Age: 17 moons
Gender: she-cat (female)
Clan: WindClan
Clan Position: Warrior
Physical Description: Ravenmist was more named for her slender build than her actual pelt. Even when she was a young kit, it was clear she'd be one of the fastest cats in the Clan, even according to WindClan standards. Her legs are long and well-muscled, sculpted from her little trips around the territory every sun-down. By some strange will of StarClan, Ravenmist's tail is longer than her legs. It streams out behind her with she isn't hunting, and it wavers in the air whenever she's thinking or concentrating. Her pelt color actually runs in her family. Or rather, the oldest born in her amily. Ravnemist, her aunt, and her grandfather all share the same golden-brown pelt. It's a rather stark contrast to Thistlepool's black pelt. Her whiskers are shorter than normal, so she has a problem getting around in the dark.
Personality Traits: Ravenmist, as her name might suggest, is a flighty she-cat. She despises attention, and so doesn't do much that would draw attention to her. At Gatherings, the rival Clans pin her as shy and insecure. Her Clanmates more than know, however, that that isn't the case with Ravenmist. She isn't shy. Shy is when you don't approach cats, and stammer when you speak. Ravenmist just doesn't speak, and she's quite confident in her abilities as a warrior. Other than that, she loves to run. She can be caught at sundown, preparing to take off to take a quick trip through WindClan territory. If she's feeling especially social, she'll invite one of her Clanmates or her sister to run with her. Even if Thistlepool doesn't ever join her, Ravenmist will still offer.
History: Ravenmist's story is actually an interesting one. Well, no, not really. The interesting part is set before the time of her birth. Ravenmist and her sister, Thistlepool, are the daughters of heroes. Not war heroes; not the leader or deputy; but real actual heroes. He rmother and father saved the Clans from total annihilation, journeying to the mountains far away to find a rare herb. The herb was needed because a rare disease had the Clans in a death hold. They were Snaketail and Gingerflight, two pure-blooded WindClan cats that had fallen in love during their time together. Gingerflight, their mother, actually became pregnant on the journey home.
Ravenmist was always a quiet she-cat; it had actually scared their parents when she wasn't crying out when she was first born. Thistlepool had always been the social one; from the time that she could first speak, it was clear she'd be a much loved cat in the future. Not one would ever dare to say that Ravenmist was submissive. One cat had made that mistake, and she nearly clawed his ears off. She just didn't have much to say when she was young.
The two were made apprentices at 6 moons, like all kits. Her mentor was a kind she-cat, named Brindleheart. Brindleheart, while kind, was stern in training. She encouraged Ravenmist to be the best warrior she could possibly be. And, at 12 moons, she was made just that; a warrior.
