Pantherstar nodded to Swiftheart, the strong she-cat had been a faithful adviser to him for many moons now "Yes you did, I was telling Echostorm that you would probably join them in a hunting patrol because food is so scarce lately" he replied, feeling sorry for asking Swiftheart to go out again even as she just returned.

Swiftheart knew Pantherstar well enough by now to know his thoughts accurately most of the time.
"I'd be happy too, Pantherstar. The prey is out today, despite the harsh cold of this morning. I had only left to make dirt and even though I didn't go far, I could sense many small creatures awake and ready to be hunted." she turned to Quakeclaw and Echostorm. "Let's not dally here when the Clan needs to be fed. Echostorm, lead the way." and nodding to Pantherstar, she set off.
